scott_riley m8 after 13/14 years of smoking, the hygienist at our dentist went to fucking town on mine after I finally quit. Strong recommend. Apparently the self whitening kits are pretty shit for your teeth and they’ll already be weaker from smoking.On twitter.com ↗
