  1. Poached eggs: - Get a deep pan of water simmering so just a few bubbles are hitting surface - Crack eggs in cup then transfer into water and don't cover with a lid - Set a timer for 3 mins - Get them out - Salt, pepper & chives You’ll have perfect firm whites and runny yolks.
