    A key contributor to the welling up was out of about 30-40 people in the polling station, at least half were probably younger than 40. This might not seem much, but the sleepy cotswold town where I live is around 60-70% pensioners. Things are happening, even here.

      Good lord, my partner has gone to the polling station and she said there’s massive queues with loads of younger folks. This fills me with a lot of hope. Even in the EU referendum, our polling station only had 5 or so minutes queuing time.
