      I legit hope I never have to apply to work for a company again. I think I’d rather just leave the industry. Last time around, before I went freelance, it dang-well near killed me, took months and got nowhere. I then went freelance and was booked up for 6 months within 48hrs 🙃

    Monzo are good people, too. It’s the industry that’s broken as this sort of process is incredibly common—almost standard. Someone needs to inspire a change of approach, industrywide, and Monzo are the sort of company that could do that. They’re very good at disrupting well.
