      1. Extremely concerning that conspiracies like "the great reset" that were extremely underground years ago and now trending on twitter. I'm sure it has nothing to do with engagement hungry social networks with a shocking record on protecting their users though.

      I got into conspiracies about 12 years ago because I was extremely unstable, thanks to suffering horrific insomnia and stress. It made me vulnerable to believe them. Really, with a bit of critical thought, they're all bollocks. It takes a lot of clarity to snap out of it though.

    These days, I see this shit and genuinely feel for sorry for those that believe in them. It makes you feel like you have some control, "knowing what's really going on". It's just a delusion though. Even if some of this shit was real, "knowing" wouldn't make a difference anyway.
