Just another FYI, pals. Captain Tom raised money for NHS Charities, not the NHS. The NHS is a publicly funded health service: not a charity. The illusion that it is a charity is very useful for tories that are trying to privatise it though.Permalink On twitter.com ↗

There’s no doubt Captain Tom is a very good person and did a very good thing, but respect him by keeping a focus on what is important: our country being dismantled by charlatans and grifters. He certainly wouldn’t have fought for that.On twitter.com ↗
