Running again is by far one of the most beneficial things for my mental health—especially in lockdown. Running in the peace and quiet, super early, with no music or podcasts on helps me get my brain together too. 10/10 Would recommend.

I legit can’t listen to podcasts right now. I used to listen to loads at the gym (pre COVID) and while running but my brain never got time to chill out and think. I also stupidly listened to a daily podcast on COVID early last year which was…not helpful.
