      1. My favourite band, Thrice, released their new album last week and I was too busy to do what I normally do before a new album: listen to their whole discography. I'm correcting that this week. Listen along with me as we start with Identity Crisis: album.link/gb/i/487526844

piccalilli_ if you want to experience a band evolving from one genre to another, y'all are gonna wanna listen along because the sound on Identity Crisis and Horizons / East couldn't be further apart!

piccalilli_ Next up is The Illusion Of Safety. This is the album that I discovered Thrice on when a mate of mine played me Deadbolt on their walkman in the school playground. It was a very good introduction to them. album.link/i/487526976

piccalilli_ Next up: Vheissu. album.link/i/1440718410 I've always said The Artist In The Ambulance is my favourite Thrice album, but I think this is the one, you know. This is the genre turning point album and frankly, it's perfect in every way.

piccalilli_ Beggars is up next. Fucken love this album and it's where they really started to leaning into the sound you hear on newer albums. album.link/gb/i/1176794702

piccalilli_ Right, we pick up today with Major / Minor which is one of my favourite sounding albums. It's fuckin *massive*. This is the last album before they had an ~5 year hiatus too album.link/gb/i/1176769427

piccalilli_ Next up, To Be Everywhere Is To Be Nowhere. This album isn't the most popular amongst Thrice fans, but let me tell ya: that opening track after such a long hiatus—in which folks thought Thrice were done—hit *different*. album.link/i/1094810130

piccalilli_ Second to last now: Palms. I managed to *finally* see Thrice in 2019—after so many missed chances—and luckily they played a few of these tracks. It's a very solid album with some proper bangers—especially the opener and "Blood on Blood". album.link/gb/i/1485073218

piccalilli_ Last up: the new album, Horizons / East. I’m fucken addicted to this album at the moment. It’s got top three Thrice album potential. Scavengers and Robot Soft Exorcism are both *stunning* tracks. album.link/gb/i/1572431958 Thanks for listening along. It was fun
