zachleat It’s less hours worked and more juggling lots of stuff tbh. Bad scheduling. I actually find I burnout extremely fast in full-time, whereas being independent, I can make adjustments quickly to fend it off. Burnout is something I’ll deffo suffer for life I think—on and off.
