      sil - Speak slower than you think you need to speak - Work out the overall point you want to make then build a narrative around that - Practice until the thought of doing it again makes you make this face 😩 - Embrace the nerves (I still get outrageously nervous)

    sil - have a massive fucken timer on your speaker view on your laptop - Make notes in the speaker notes like (should be on 5 mins) to keep you on track
