I think I’m already pretty blunt in emails, but I still “fluff it up” for the sake of the other person. There are only a handful of people where I can do a one-line, terse response and know that they’ll be fine, because they do the same. This is the best way IMO.Permalink On twitter.com ↗

If you are one of those dreamy email people then keep doing what you’re doing. You might thing I love Slack and stuff like that, but I don’t. Its not an async tool (even if they market it as such) where email definitely is. Frankly, I get stressed out by Slack et al.Permalink On twitter.com ↗
