  1. Working at home for me was very isolating and lonely, but I very much enjoyed that isolation and could do a day’s work in a couple of hours. Having kids changed everything, though, and hiring a desk has again, made me hyper-productive. It all depends: context and circumstance. brhea/1166445241764728832

      I’ll never ever work for a company in an open plan office, ever again. I think they’re a fucking nightmare Sure, face-to-face is useful, but fuck working in that environment again Ironically, I work in one now, but being freelance/independent gives me the right separation still
