    PiersTincknell Chris_Perry_61 simonleggsays I swear by working in blocks of time and having a thorough review after each block: - are we running on time? - do we need more budget? - is the quality going to be good enough? I start a project with a "I reckon 5 blocks of two weeks" or whatnot to get the PO in etc.
